PEXXY World Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms apply to PEXXY World (pexxy.world), run by TOPPIN Co., Ltd. (“we”). By creating a PEXXY World account, you agree to these terms.
1. What PEXXY World is
PEXXY World shows events in Korea whose organizers welcome international guests. Organizers create these events in the PEXXY service; we show them here, translated automatically.
Event details are written by each organizer, who is responsible for the event. Automatic translations may contain mistakes — the original Korean is always available on the event page.
When ticket booking is available, buying a ticket follows the PEXXY Terms of Service and the organizer’s refund policy, which are shown before you pay.
2. Your account
You must be 14 years old or older to create an account.
Use an email address that you own. We send one-time sign-in codes to it, so keep your email account secure.
One person should have one account. Please give your real name and country.
3. Things you must not do
Create accounts in someone else’s name or with false information, or create many accounts.
Try to break into, overload or disrupt the service, or collect data from it automatically in large amounts.
Use the service for anything illegal, or to harass or harm others.
If you do these things, we may limit or close your account.
4. Ending
You can delete your account at any time on the My account page.
If we stop or change the service, we will announce it on the site in advance whenever we can.
5. Responsibility
We are a platform that connects guests with organizers; we are not the organizer or seller of events. We are not responsible for problems caused by an organizer, except where Korean law makes us responsible.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Korean consumer protection law.
6. Changes to these terms
We post any change on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect (at least 30 days for a change that is unfavorable to you).
7. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
